SHIPMENT OF PURCHASES
The shipment of purchases happens through courier.
Order processing times are usually 24 h (Monday to Friday, working days) from receipt of payment.
The customer is solely responsible for the delivery data indicated and is required to provide correct and accurate data about the delivery address and any instructions for the courier. Saving is relieved from any responsibility in case of non-delivery, caused by wrong or missing information given by the customer.
Any costs of storage and/ or collection at the warehouse will therefore be borne by the customer.
Please do not accept packages that are damaged. Acceptance of damaged parcels relieves the seller of any liability.
RETURN
Do we accept the return of products?
We accept the return of products purchased within 14 days of the order, as per current legislation, in the event of a defective or damaged product. The defect or damage must be previously documented by photographic material.
The return of products can be accepted only for purchases made directy from Saving Srls LTD and not from the resellers.
The return shipment is charged to the costumer.
The refund of the product or replacement will be made to returned goods and internal verification of the suitability for return. In case the damaged goods do not reach us the return procedure cannot be processed.
We do not accept return requests for reasons other than the receipt by the Customer of defective or damaged product at the origin. We do not accept return requests of products that are already open and used. In particular we do not accept return requests of beauty products and Sweet spring skin care, nor household detergents.
How’s the return request made?
To make a return request you have to contact our costumer service:

Indicate the reason of return and specify both the costumer data and the details of the order, by attaching the photo that attests the damaged product.
Once the costumer service will get your request, it will give you, within a working day, the instruction on how to make the return.

No specific shipping methods are required, however the responsibility of the same falls on the Customer, so in case the return does not reach the destination Saving can not complete the practice, unless otherwise agreed.
